After my C-section, I was nervous about wearing a belly band, but this one is amazing. It gave me the support I needed without pressing on my incision. The compression is gentle but effective. I wore it for a few hours a day and noticed a real difference in my posture and back pain. Highly recommend.

It’s comfortable and provides good back support. It does roll up a bit when I sit, but that’s probably because my torso is short. Overall, it helped me feel more secure during recovery.

It works but I found it a bit bulky under clothes. The Velcro is strong and the quality is good. Just not as comfortable as I hoped.
